State Aid/EU Subsidies

When companies receive government support, e.g., in the form of grants, guarantees or benefits, the question frequently comes up whether the measure is illegal state aid pursuant to EU law. 

State aid services include analyzing the compatibility of aid measures with EU state aid law, helping to prepare Member State notifications with the European Commission, advising third party complainants as well as the beneficiaries of aid, and the representation of enterprises before the European Commission and the courts. The firm also advises companies with respect to EU subsidies.
